Although it is rare, however in the event if there may be information on www.odette.sg that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability, Odette shall reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after your order submission).
2. PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS
For items listed as “Pre-Order”, please note that we do not have ready stocks and they will arrive within the stipulated time stated on the item. Kindly place your order only if you can wait for the stock(s) to arrive.
For items listed as “Back order”, please note that the item was sold out but is still available for order. However, there will be additional waiting time listed for the item as we will have our supplier has to dispatch it to us from Korea.
Please note that any items ordered with a Pre-order or Back-order will be held on to and shipped along with the pre-ordered or back-ordered item(s).
3. PRODUCT IMAGES
We strive to present images that are true to life as far as possible. Therefore, we try to shoot all our merchandise and use photos straight from our camera.
For those images that are provided by our suppliers which they may already have had prior re-touching, those are beyond our control as we are unable to reverse any of the changes, or effects.
In regards to the images we do have control over and in situations where photo editing is required, we closely adhere to the following:
- adjust colours to appear as close to real life as possible
- enhance, contrast or brighten colours to bring images closer to real life
Odette makes every effort to display and describe, as accurately as possible, the design and colors of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as color shades may vary on the resolution of your monitor screen therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be exactly the same as the colors of our products.
All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our prior permission.
4. FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
Our team personally inspect your order(s) and carefully pack them to ensure that they leave us and reach you in perfect condition. In the event if your order(s) are not in satisfactory condition, or incorrect, please notify our team immediately.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if your order is returned damaged and you have not notified our team beforehand.
If the apparel is returned because of an error by our team, or a manufacturing fault, we will include shipping in your refund/credit, otherwise the refund/credit will be the purchase price only.
5. CHANGED YOUR MIND ON ORDERS PLACED
Once you have confirmed and make payment for your order(s), our team will begin to process your order(s) and you are unable to make further changes. We are also unable to combine orders or change sizes.
If you have made a mistake with your address, please contact us via email immediately, and we will endeavour our best to make the correction.
In the event if you are unhappy with your purchases upon receipt, you are welcome to return it for a credit (excludes shipping costs). Kindly refer to our returns policy for more information.
6. RETURNS / CREDIT VOUCHER POLICY
We promise to provide a credit for any non-sale item(s) that you are not completely happy with, as we understand that you are not able to try garments on before purchasing and may need another size or style.
However, please note that this does not apply to jewellery, accessories and sale items (except in case of manufacturing faults).
We do not offer exchanges at this time. But if you wish to return something for another size, the best option is to lodge your credit voucher so you can repurchase the new size or style ASAP so you don't miss out.
Our returns procedures are as follows:
- Please request for a Return Number from our Customer Services team via email: email@example.com upon receipt of your order
- Please enclose your filled out returns form and apparel, and mail it back to us using a trackable mail method within the following time frames:
- For Local (Singapore) Customers – within 7 days of receipt of your order
- For International Customers – within 14 days of receipt of your order
- Please take care when mailing item(s) back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we are unable to offer refunds on lost parcels. Therefore, we strongly encourage that you use a trackable mail method.
- All returned orders must reach our team within the stipulated time frame of receipt of your order.
- Post your returns to:

- It is essential that returned items have not been worn, all labels are attached, and that you take care to protect the item(s) when mailing.
- Please note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
- In the event if the apparel is soiled or marked by you, we seek your understanding that we shall have the right to return them to you and not authorise a credit.
- We also wish to highlight that if you damage an apparel (e.g the zip breaks or button comes off after wearing it or due to wear and tear), we cannot accept the apparel back for return or exchange.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks to be credited after your order(s) has been returned to our warehouse and quality checked.
- Your credit coupon will then be provided for further online ordering.
- Return items brought using discount codes are subject to recalculation based on the new total spent and the corresponding applicable discount, if any at all.
- Store credit will be credited towards your Odette account. You will have the option to redeem your store credit during any future purchases within the next three (3) months from the date of the refund.
7. PROCESSING TIME
For Local (SG) Order : Please note that as most of our merchandise are on a pre-order basis from Korea, it will take about 2 - 3 weeks to prepare and ship your orders to you.
For Overseas Order : Kindly estimate 3 - 4 weeks time.
8. SELF-COLLECTION AT SINGAPORE RETAIL OUTLET
Please note that we need 2-3 working days to pack your order (once it is in our office) and deliver your parcels to our store at Bugis Junction, #02-09.
We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 1 week.
Any uncollected parcels will be sent back to our office and our customer service team will contact you for an alternative shipping method.
9. LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Free Standard Mail – SINGAPORE only
We offer free normal postage by Singpost to all orders to be delivered within Singapore. Please allow 2-3 days delivery time. While we carry out due diligence to pack and mail out your parcels on time, but we are not responsible for any loss of items as this option does not provide for tracking services. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to use Registered Mail.
Registered Mail – Singapore and International Orders
For Registered Mail within Singapore, this service is optional at an additional at $4.00 per parcel. Please select this option after you check out from your shopping cart.
International Delivery Charges are available upon check out, otherwise please feel free to drop us a note and we will reach out to you shortly.
Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Odette shall not be responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
10. UNCLAIMED / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer.
We will email you with instructions to make payment for your order’s shipping fee again. A photo of the unclaimed/undeliverable package can be sent if requested.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us by the postal service provider, there will be a $5 handling fee charged and the postal service fees incurred shall not be refunded.

Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
